Dangerous Delves Doodles: Another Perspective

Photobucket
I'll keep this short because I don't deal well with compliments.
This is stupid uplifting, flattering, and....well, pretty darn cool.
Have you seem my impromptu tribute to plastic geekery yet?

If you check out the official Gallery page of Dungeons and Dragons (Click Here) you might notice something else cool.
Seriously...scroll down to the bottom.

Considering that I started this project last Thursday on a total whim (hurrah for no impulse control!) and now my little adventure in too much free time is happily linked to on the official D&D site....gah. Turns out a lot of folks in the WotC office are really grooving on the pictures and I just posted them today. A few hours later, here we are with a pretty good ego boost.

Man, it feels good to finally be painting like a madman again. Thanks guys and girls.

I like em. And by the way Jared, have you ever thought about making up your own D and D monsters. Not huge stat sheets or anything, but more like pictures of them and a breif description.

I'm not surprised they like them so much. I think they are so amazing! I agree with Barbara up there too that the Hippogryph is way cute but I also really liked the Banshrae Warrior, makes me think of Michael Jackson "Ohhhhhhhhhh!". Oh, and I also really loved the chain devil, I'm so glad you put the work into doing those chains, they came out perfect.

Take that, Impulse Control!

Who said calm rational thought was needed to achieve anything? Good to see you creating Jared.

This is INCREDIBLE.
I have to say I totally SQUEALED like a japanese school girl when I saw that seriously hardcore Chain Devil, the Minotaur shaman and not to mention the awesome Ghaele of Winter (I'm also really impressed by the Githzerai Zerth (sp?)--Can't. Stop...staring...at...pretty colors...)

Awesome work, Jared. Brava.

I too enjoyed the drawings. As the campaign I'm currently DMing has Githyanki, Githzerai, AND gnolls in it, I found your artwork particularly likable. Keep up the good work! I might have to get a thing or two commissioned in the future...
